What counts as a ticket?

A ticket is created when a customer reaches out via email, your website form, or the API. Internal notes and agent replies don't count as new tickets.

What is a brand?

A brand (also called a workspace) is an isolated ticket container with its own email identity. Perfect for managing support across multiple products, stores, or clients.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes! Save up to 2 months when you pay annually. Starter is $19/mo ($228/yr), Pro is $89/mo ($1,068/yr), and Enterprise is $399/mo ($4,788/yr).

What happens if I exceed my ticket limit?

On Starter and Pro plans, overage is billed at $20 per 1,000 additional tickets (2¢ per ticket). We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Free plans are hard-capped at 100 tickets.

Is there a per-agent fee?

No! Unlike traditional helpdesks, we never charge per agent. Add as many team members as you need on any plan.

What's included in custom domains?

Custom domains let you send and receive email from your own domain (e.g., support@yourbrand.com) instead of our default addresses. Available on all paid plans.
